SERVICE
S.A. French’s in-house engineering capabilities underpins the company’s excellent reputation for total turnkey solutions. We are a registered Lifting Machinery Entity, registered with the Department of labour. We have in our employ six registered Lifting Machinery Inspectors and seven candidates Lifting Machinery Inspectors making S.A. French the most technically competent tower crane company in South Africa.
Teams of service and product technicians attend to customer call outs to ensure that unscheduled downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. Application engineers are available to assess customer requirements and this goes a long way to bridging the skills gap within the local construction and engineering sectors.
S.A. French is able to provide a turnkey solution with fully operational teams including certified operators from our Teta registered training school and O.E.M. qualified service technicians.
The S.A. French Training Centre based in Spartan in Johannesburg was registered by T.E.T.A. in 2009 and has trained over 100 operators and provides ongoing technical training to apprentice technicians and riggers both internally as well as to our clients. This is unique within the industry and offers our clients peace of mind when purchasing or renting from us.
